Please include:
- Course name (with dates)
- Name (first and last)
- Title
- Company
- Telephone number
- Mobile phone number
- E-mail
It is also important to include:
- Invoice contact name
- Invoice address
If your company requires that a purchasing number be given when
Jeppesen invoices you, then this reference must be supplied at the time
of enrolment.
Your registration must be received no later than 15 days before the course is scheduled to begin.

Please notify us of your cancellation at least 10 working days before the
course is scheduled to begin, or you will be charged the total course
fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, due to a limited number of attendants
or other circumstances out of our control.
Jeppesen Training for Carmen Products will generate an invoice for a course booking 30 days before
the start of the course or upon enrolment if enrolment occurs within 30
days before the start of the course.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date the invoice is sent.
