The Product Development group in Göteborg develops state-of-the-art technology and optimization systems for planning and maintaining crew, fleet and passenger operations at the world’s leading airlines and railways.
The Optimization team is responsible for the core Optimization-engines in all our products. As a member of the team you will work with mathematical modeling, algorithmic development and performance tuning as well as taking part in research, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. You are goal-oriented and enjoy problem-solving, but still have an eye for the big picture. You must work well in a team and be very communicative and open. An interest in optimization and algorithms is a given. Strong C/C++ skills and background in Object-Oriented programming is required.
You will be working with highly talented and experienced developers, having regular interaction with the other development teams and installation projects.
Qualifications
- PhD in Optimization or minimum 3 years experience from developing similar applications
- Strong software development skills
