As a Jeppesen Support Manager and a member of the Rail, Logistics & Terminal Division you will be technically and process responsible for one or two clients. This will involve maintenance and support of our software products in production as well as managing our business relationships with the clients. The work is all about making sure that the client's expectations and requirements are met.

Requirements
You have an academic degree within software engineering or similar. You have an analytical mind and the ability to link theory and practice in challenging technical, IT-related problems. You are an excellent problem solver. You are a team player who can communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients and colleagues in different positions and you are fluent in English and French. You have working knowledge of Oracle and SQL. You also have working knowledge of Windows software environments and Microsoft products.
The position is based in Göteborg, Sweden.
